Ready to make an impact? As a Support Engineer at Peripass, you’ll be the go-to person for our customers whenever they need support. You’ll solve problems, share expertise and make sure everything runs smoothly, so our clients can keep their logistics operations moving without a bump.

 

Peripass is a logistics SaaS scale-up founded in 2016. Our Yard Management Software enables industrial and logistics companies (think of companies like Bridgestone, Alpro, and Saint-Gobain) to smoothly manage the complete flow of trailers rolling on and off their sites, as well as all trailer movements on-site.

As a support Engineer, you’ll be at the heart of our service desk, making sure our clients get the smooth support they deserve:

  • Acting as the first line contact person in the service desk for all customer requests: you analyse, investigate and resolve technical issues reported by customers of Peripass

  • You partner up with the customer success managers, implementation consultants and product team, to escalate issues when needed

  • You are the voice of the customer internally and help improve our product with your input

  • You are responsible for managing the monitoring dashboard, in order to proactively counter any incidents

  • You build up product knowledge on a daily basis and are keen to develop your technical skills

  • You take the lead to continuously expand our help center by writing technical documentation and creating product walkthrough videos

  • You’re an expert in our support tools and processes

  • You communicate clearly and proactively making sure our customers are continuously aware of the steps we’re taking towards a solution

Job requirements

Come on, blow us away with your credentials! You will, if you have:

  • You are fluent in Dutch & English (French is a big plus)

  • You are digital native

  • You are familiar with concepts such as SaaS software, integrations, API, Service level agreements,…

  • You are customer oriented and are able to communicate clearly via email and phone

  • You have an analytical, problem-solving mindset

  • You keep your calm and prioritize, even if a customer puts you under pressure or when SLA deadlines need to be achieved

  • You have a bachelor degree Computer Science or System/Network Engineering
