Founded in 2016, Peripass is a logistics SaaS scale-up. Our Yard Management Software enables industrial and logistics companies (think of companies like Bridgestone, Alpro, and Saint-Gobain) to smoothly manage the complete flow of trailers rolling on and off their sites, as well as all trailer movements on-site.
With a solid revenue foundation already in place, our sales and overall company growth are skyrocketing. In 2023, we've doubled our team, and our growth ambitions for the upcoming years are at least as high. We've also secured €7.5 million to boost our global expansion. Your role as Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist will be key. You’ll be the driving force behind all our recruitment activities, including (but not limited to) the following domains:
- You'll manage the full cycle of the hiring process: with a focus on candidate experience and quality check on our ambitious standards, you are the guardian and driver of the full recruitment process—from sourcing, screening, and interviewing to business case testing and offer negotiation.
- You'll collaborate with our Hiring Managers and will be their trusted partner for all recruitment matters, you’ll train and inspire new roles on competency-based interviewing and business case evaluation. You'll act as a daily point of contact for our employees to make working for Peripass a great experience.
You thrive on strategic sourcing. You’ll have the opportunity to spearhead global sourcing initiatives, utilizing tools and establishing partnerships to identify top talent, analyze market trends, and enhance recruitment strategies.
- Together with our Talent Acquisition team, you'll work on international recruitment campaigns and amazing employer branding initiatives.
- You have a passion for data and will oversee reporting on sourcing activities and pipeline performance, delivering data-driven insights to hiring managers and the team.

Job requirements
- You have at least 5 years of experience in Recruitment, preferably in a SaaS/Tech company or in a fast-paced environment. Have you only worked in recruitment agencies so far but are eager to contribute to a long-term vision? We’d love to hear from you!
- You'll be in charge of recruitment and selection. You have solid expertise in innovative methodology and tools to recruit and select the best candidates. And you’re not afraid of exploring new tools to further optimize our Recruitment process.
- As a natural leader, you lead by example and enjoy coaching and inspiring a small team of Talent Acquisition Specialists.
- You're project- and process-driven, always focused on achieving your objectives.
- You're passionate about being a builder, thrive with autonomy, and love bringing ideas to life. People management energizes you, and you're excited to be part of a fast-growing startup.
- You’re fluent in English, both spoken and written, and ideally in Dutch as well. If you also have a good command of French, that’s a bonus!
