Let me introduce you to Peripass, a logistics SaaS scale-up founded in 2016 by Leander Naessens. Peripass is our Yard Management Platform, which enables industrial and logistics companies (think of companies like Bridgestone, Alpro, and Saint-Gobain) to smoothly manage the complete flow of trucks rolling on and off their sites, as well as all trailer movements on-site.

As our Product Solution Expert, you will be focused on translating customer needs into high-quality, scalable product solutions:

• You are supporting the sales team during pre-sales:

  • You lead solution workshops to translate customer needs into feasible product solutions. You ensure solutions are aligned with best practices, product vision and are scalable.

  • You pitch and refine solution proposals.

  • You provide detailed functional and technical input for RFQs/RFPs.

• You kick off the implementation track and ensure a smooth handover to Service Delivery and Customer Success who will implement the product solution you designed.

• You are driving product evangelism:

  • You train internal teams on best practices to get the most out of our product.

  • You represent product expertise at customer events, trade shows, lunch & learns, and other forums.

  • Together with the Product Team, you host regional product councils where you explore and validate new ideas with customers.

• You act as a product expert internally:

  • You capture insights from the field and feed them back to Product teams to influence the product roadmap.

  • You create and maintain scalable assets like solution templates, demo scenarios, playbooks, and enablement materials to support your colleagues.

• You report to the Head of Product Solutions and collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Service Delivery to ensure alignment, high-quality handovers, and maximum impact.

Come on, blow us away with your credentials! 💥 You will if you have:

• At least 5 years of experience in consulting or commercial roles with direct customer contact, preferably in high-performance environments.

• Experience as a trusted advisor or domain/product expert, with a track record of training customers.

• Strong communication skills: able to convince, build trust, and lead workshops, demonstrating thought leadership.

• A general interest in enterprise software and various systems, with a focus on scalable and robust solutions.

• Fluency in Dutch and French, with solid proficiency in English. German is a plus!

• Excellent relationship-building skills and an analytical mindset, able to align and inspire internal and external stakeholders.

• Bonus points for experience in logistics (tech) or familiarity with APIs and integrations.

• Able to work from our Ghent office 3 days a week, combined with client visits.
