At Peripass, we believe in providing students with hands-on experience and fostering their professional growth. We understand the importance of practical exposure and aim to provide a supportive environment where you can learn, contribute, and develop your skills. As our People Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain a better understanding in multiple HR-related topics. You will be part of a small but ambitious HR team and will be involved in projects around recruitment, employer branding, on- and offboarding, organizing events, etc. But there is more, we want you to take ownership of an HR project! You can already start thinking about what you are interested in, we can then combine our current HR needs and your preferences! 

Founded in 2016, Peripass GmbH is a logistics SaaS scale-up with its headquarters in Ghent. Our Yard Management Software enables industrial and logistics companies to smoothly manage the complete flow of trailers rolling on and off their sites, as well as all trailer movements on-site. Building on an already strong revenue basis, our sales and overall company growth are rapidly accelerating. In 2023, we have recently grown to about 50 people and we are planning to grow to over 75 people in 2024. Some other BIG NEWS 🎉, in January 2024 we secured €7.5 million to accelerate our global expansion. The investment will help us to accomplish our mission to digitize and automate logistics. • Currently enrolled as a student at a college or university
  
• You are fluent in Dutch and have a good working proficiency of English
  
• You have a get-the-job-done mindset and are a good communicator
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• You see the importance of Information Security & Cyber Security and you act accordingly. Within Peripass we see these aspects as fundamental to our business, since our software automates critical parts of our clients' logistics processes
