Implementation Consultant French speaking

We're looking for an ambitious Implementatie Consultant Benelux who combines strong customer-facing skills with solid technical understanding. Someone who enjoys taking ownership of the full implementation journey, translating business needs into working solutions, and making projects succeed in real life.

Logistics? Maybe not what you dreamed of as a kid. But building a fast-growing international SaaS scale-up that’s transforming how some of the world’s largest industrial companies operate? That’s a different story.

Peripass is a tech company at heart. We build software that digitises and automates complex logistics environments for companies like Bridgestone, Alpro and Arcelor Mittal. These companies have hundreds of trucks (un)loading every month, and our SaaS platform helps them orchestrate that whole process. Peripass is a high-impact SaaS platform used in international enterprise environments.

As an Implementation Consultant Benelux, you'll manage the full implementation of our projects from kickoff to go-live and hypercare. You'll guide customers through each phase, run workshops, configure and integrate solutions, support testing, and act as a product ambassador along the way. You'll work closely with customers, internal teams and third parties to make complex environments operational. This is a role with ownership, variety and visible results.

Grab your chance to grow your career in the wondrous SaaS-world! You'll be challenged. You'll be trusted. And you'll see the impact of your work firsthand.

Key responsibilities

• You manage the entire functional and technical implementation of customer projects, from kickoff and analysis through setup, configuration, testing, go-live and hypercare.

• You understand the customer's goals and business value, identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement, and translate them into a workable Peripass setup.

• You combine project management with hands-on execution: one day you may be facilitating workshops, another day configuring the platform, preparing test scenarios, or following up on project actions.

• You take ownership of the technical side of implementations as well, including integrations, APIs, component testing, integration testing, hardware testing and troubleshooting where relevant.

• You manage multiple projects and stakeholders at the same time, while keeping priorities clear, maintaining momentum, and ensuring on-time and in-budget delivery.

• You build strong customer relationships through clear communication, empathy and solid stakeholder management. You know how to guide customers, keep them aligned and move projects forward, including communication with internal teams and third parties such as hardware partners.

• You visit customer sites when needed for analysis, process reviews, field testing, UAT, training sessions, go-lives and hypercare. Travel is part of the role, mainly across Benelux and nearby countries.

• You'll report directly to our Head of Professional Service Érick Gomides.

What we offer

• A role with visible impact: you don't just advise from the sidelines, you help build and launch solutions that customers actually use in their daily operations.

• The satisfaction of delivering something tangible: from a less digitised logistics flow to a working setup on site, you'll see your implementation come to life during go-live and hypercare.

• A highly dynamic environment where no two weeks look the same. You'll work across different customers, project phases, technologies and use cases.

• A broad learning curve: you'll gain exposure to customer operations, SaaS implementation, integrations, stakeholder management and project delivery in an international context.

• Plenty of ownership: as an Implementation Consultant, you'll have real responsibility in customer projects and the opportunity to shape outcomes together with the team.

• A product environment that keeps evolving, giving you the chance to continuously deepen your expertise while working on meaningful customer challenges.

• A cheerful bunch of colleagues who are all making the success story of Peripass, day after day, milestone after milestone, and joke after joke.

• A solid salary package with great benefits.

Probably by now, you already have a good idea of who are we looking for, but here are some pointers:

• You bring at least 5 years of experience in a hands-on implementation or consulting environment. Experience in implementation consulting is strongly preferred.

• You have a technical educational background or a background that shows strong logical and analytical thinking, such as IT, engineering or a similar field. A bachelor's degree at minimum is expected.

• You have experience in client-facing project work and know how to manage stakeholders, lead workshops and build trust with customers.

• You combine strong communication skills with empathy and a practical mindset. You can adapt your style to different customers and know how to keep collaboration constructive.

• You are comfortable in a role that mixes project coordination with hands-on execution, and you can switch smoothly between analysis, configuration, testing and follow-up.

• You have solid technical affinity and ideally already worked with APIs, integrations and troubleshooting. Experience with tools such as Postman or Swagger is a plus.

• You thrive in a dynamic, sometimes chaotic environment and can handle multiple projects and changing priorities without losing focus.

• Languages: French and English are important for this role. German or Dutch is a plus.

• You are open to travel as part of the job, mainly within the Benelux.

• You are open to working from our office in Ghent.
