Peripass is a tech company at heart. We build software that digitises and automates complex logistics environments for companies like Bridgestone, Alpro and Arcelor Mittal. These companies have hundreds of trucks (un)loading every month, and our SaaS platform helps them orchestrate that whole process. Peripass is a high-impact SaaS platform used in international enterprise environments.

As our HR student, you will have the opportunity to gain a better understanding of the various challenges in the field of HR. More specifically, you will play a crucial role in the recruitment process and the further development of our HR team. This is what you will be doing:

• You are involved with recruiting new colleagues: you search for potential candidates and reach out to them. 

• Collaborating in several HR projects: such as onboarding, organizing events learning & development, employer branding...

• In short, you will help form the basis for the further development of our team and therefore play a crucial role in the growth of our company.

Probably by now, you already have a good idea of who we are looking for, but here are some pointers:

• Currently enrolled as a student at a college or university. A degree in HR or a related field is a plus.

• You are fluent in Dutch and have a good working proficiency of English

• You are available to work at least one office day a week throughout the 2026-2027 academic year. This can be extended if mutually agreed. During exam periods, we are of course flexible regarding your availability.

• You have a get-the-job-done mindset and are a good communicator

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment

• We are ISO27001 certified, so you see the importance of Information Security & Cyber Security and you act accordingly. Within Peripass we see these aspects as fundamental to our business, since our software automates critical parts of our clients' logistics processes.
