Founded in 2016, Peripass is a logistics SaaS scale-up with its headquarters in Ghent. Our Yard Management Software enables industrial and logistics companies to smoothly manage the complete flow of trailers rolling on and off their sites, as well as all trailer movements on-site. Building on an already strong revenue basis, our sales and overall company growth are rapidly accelerating. In 2023, we have recently grown to about 50 people and we are planning to grow to over 75 people in 2024. As our Hardware & Integration Expert, you will investigate & execute all technical (hardware/network/integration) requests from our customers, working closely with the team of Implementation Consultants, Support Team, and Product Team to escalate issues and improve our product.

Your responsibilities:

• You are responsible for for all Access Control System & Weighing System integrations, documentation & 3rd line support during rollout
• You will also take the lead in all product offerings related to hardware, including research, design, documentation and rollout. Some examples are dock sensors, event alerter, ANPR,...
• You will be the API/Integrations expert within the company. You assist the implementation team with integration questions.
• You take ownership of the difficult hardware problems that come from our clients or Implementation consultants.
• You are the IT infrastructure & Hardware installations escalation contact:
• In-depth explanation of the Peripass Architecture & Requirements (hardware/network) 
• Answering security questionnaires from Customer Success Managers. 
• Tackle issues with hardware installations.
