Peripass is a tech company at heart. We build software that digitises and automates complex logistics environments for companies like Bridgestone, Alpro and Arcelor Mittal. What looks like “trucks on a yard” on the surface is actually a high-impact SaaS product used in international enterprise environments.

The BDR team Lead drives top-of-funnel growth by leading and coaching the BDR team. This role ensures consistent pipeline generation, strong qualification standards, and close alignment with Sales and Marketing.

Key responsibilities:

  • You will lead, coach, and develop the BDR team in our Amsterdam office and coach them to consistently hit pipeline targets.

  • You will define and own the outbound strategy, continuously optimising prospecting performance.

  • You will monitor key KPIs such as meetings, SQLs, and conversion rates, and drive structured improvements.

  • You ensure strong qualification standards and a smooth handover of opportunities to the Account Executives.

  • You ensure CRM discipline and accurate reporting at all times.

  • You will support the hiring, onboarding, and scaling of the SDR team as we grow.

  • You’ll report directly to our Sales Enablement Lead, Ruben Decancq.

Job requirements

  • You bring at least 4 years of experience in BDR or B2B sales, including your first experience as a BDR Team Lead or in a coaching role where you were responsible for driving team performance.

  • Languages: You speak English at a native/full professional level. A good level of Dutch, German or French is a plus!

  • You’re an excellent communicator who can inspire a team, challenge people constructively, and win trust across departments.

  • You live in the Netherlands and are open to working 4 days a week from our ✨brand new✨ office in Amsterdam.
