Founded in 2016, Peripass is a logistics SaaS scale-up. Our Yard Management Software enables industrial and logistics companies (think of companies like Bridgestone, Alpro, and Saint-Gobain) to smoothly manage the complete flow of trailers rolling on and off their sites, as well as all trailer movements on-site.

With a solid revenue foundation already in place, our sales and overall company growth are skyrocketing. In 2023, we've doubled our team, and our growth ambitions for the upcoming years are at least as high. We've also secured €7.5 million to boost our global expansion. Want to be part of this adventure? As a Business Development Representative within the Sales Team:

  • You will prospect and qualify new business deals with large-sized organizations in the Benelux and French market, to create sales opportunities for our seasoned Account Executives.
  • You are responsible for building and maintaining a pipeline of continued business opportunities and will work alongside Account Executives to identify new prospects and drive deals. This includes working on both new business and site selling for non-centralized customers.
  • You will focus both on prospecting for new business and conducting strategic research into new sites. This includes researching potential companies, identifying key sites, and understanding important personas within target organizations.
  • During Discovery Calls with prospect, you will provide a comprehensive overview of our product and share high-impact use cases from existing customers. Your insights and expertise will set the stage for the Account Executive to advance the opportunity.
  • You will partner seamlessly with our marketing team and Account Executives contributing to a dynamic customer-centric organization.
  • Craft prospecting and expansion strategies, analyze trends, and find solutions that unlock untapped potential.
  • Leverage customer data and industry insights to identify outbound opportunities.
  • Track and measure key metrics, continuously refining your approach to maximize engagement and value realization.
  • You will report to Evelyne, our Head of Sales, who looks forward to coaching you extensively, so you can make your career at Peripass a real success story.

Job requirements

Come on, blow us away with your credentials! 💥 

  • Since we are looking for 2 extra BDR's for the Benelux and French market. We want someone who is perfect in Dutch and English and someone who is perfect in Dutch and French. But since our internal language is English, you also speak and write English on a highly professional level.
  • You have excellent communication skills and a positive go-getter mindset.
  • You have a talent for convincing people on the phone or by email.
  • You like to research and analyze companies thoroughly, and obtain as much information as you can.
  • You know how to present yourself as an expert and how to address a customer.
  • You can join us at the Peripass HQ in Ghent for at least 3 days a week.
  • You see the importance of Information Security & Cyber Security and you act accordingly. Within Peripass we see these aspects as fundamental to our business, since our software automates critical parts of our clients' logistics processes.
