Want to be the first Account Executive to bring Port Pass to the maritime sector? This is a unique opportunity to shape a brand-new market with a groundbreaking product, take full ownership from day one, and make a real impact!

In 2016 Leander Naessens founded Peripass, a logistics SaaS solution. This Yard Management Platform enables industrial and logistics companies (think Bridgestone, Alpro, and Saint-Gobain) to smoothly manage the complete flow of trailers rolling on and off their sites, as well as all trailer movements on-site.

We’re launching a new product in a new market: Port Pass, a fully digital access pass for visitors to port terminals.

With Port Pass, visitors (including drivers, crew members, contractors, dock workers, office visitors, and authorities) can access port terminals quickly, securely, and in full ISPS compliance, while terminals always know exactly who is on site. It’s a hassle-free experience for visitors and a safer, more efficient solution for terminals.

As our Account Executive for Port Pass, you will be focused on expanding our client base in Belgium:

  • You launch and grow the Port Pass business in the maritime sector, targeting Belgian ports and relevant stakeholders.

  • You take full ownership of the market as the first Account Executive for this new product: identify prospects, build relationships, and guide clients through their buying process.

  • You drive advocacy for Port Pass by speaking with stakeholders, raising awareness, and actively engaging in relevant networks, events, and communities to promote the product and drive adoption.

  • You report directly to the CEO and Founder, Leander.

  • Your work will be based partly at our Ghent office, partly from home, and partly on the road, meeting clients.

Job requirements

Come on, blow us away with your credentials! 💥 You will if you have:

  • A solid experience in selling enterprise SaaS solutions

  • Ideally, you have experience in the maritime sector, or a strong interest and a relevant network within the industry.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills. 

  • Strong stakeholder management to manage complex DMU's and land sales processes in international corporate environments.

  • A partnership and win-win mindset while selling our solution.

  • A great sense of initiative and perseverance, since you'll be opening up a new market. 

  • You speak and write Dutch on a native level. You can have a professional conversation in English since that is our internal language.

  • You live in Belgium and you’re open to come 3 days a week to our office in Ghent in combination with visiting clients.
