Getting to know you

First things first: let’s meet. In this first call, our Talent Acquisition Specialist gets to know you, what you’re looking for, and what drives you. We’ll explore whether Peripass could be a good match, and yes, this is also the perfect moment for your first “So… how does it really work here?” questions.

Manager’s interview

Time to go a bit deeper. You’ll talk with your future manager about your experience, your way of working, and how you’d fit into the team. Expect conversations about your expertise, practical questions, and a few “how would you handle this?” moments.

Show us your skills

Instead of focusing only on what’s on your CV, we want to understand how you think and approach real-life situations. Depending on the role, this could be a presentation, a language exercise, or a technical assignment. You’ll also complete a short online questionnaire from home, helping both of us see if we’re a good match (spoiler: we hope so).

Final chat

You’ve made it to the final step, well done! This is a more informal conversation where you’ll meet some of the people you’ll be working with and get a feel for the team dynamic. Ask your last questions, see if there’s a click, and decide together if this feels like the start of something great.



Your start at Peripass

Starting a new job comes with a lot of information (and maybe some nerves). Don’t worry: we’ve got you. Our onboarding is designed to help you find your way, get up to speed, and start with confidence!

Before your first day, we’ll take care of all administrative steps through our HR tools, ensuring everything is ready when you start.

Your first day

We work with fixed starting days every six weeks, so you’ll begin together with a group of fellow new joiners. We’ll welcome you with a breakfast, give you time to get to know each other, and get you ready for onboarding.

Let's dive in!

For the next two weeks, you’ll be based full-time in our Ghent office for onboarding. Through interactive sessions with our management team, you’ll dive into our product, strategy, security, and the way our teams work together. By the end of it, you’ll know Peripass inside out.
