Peripass is a logistics SaaS scale-up with its headquarters in Ghent (Belgium) with branch offices in the Netherlands, France and the DACH region. Our Yard Management Platform enables manufacturing and logistics companies to smoothly manage the complete flow of trailers rolling on and off their sites, as well as all trailer movements on-site. Building on an already strong revenue basis, we have recently grown to about 30 people and our sales and overall company growth is rapidly accelerating. We are proud to have been awarded “Trends Digital Pioneer 2020” in the category Manufacturing & Logistics.


In our fast-growing environment, your role as HRBP will be key. You’ll be the driving force behind all our recruitment activities, payroll and other HR projects, including (but not limited to) the following domains:

  • Manage the full cycle of the hiring process by using innovative tools to reach the best candidates.
  • Lead and/or participate HR projects (e.g. learning & development, payroll & HR legal, performance management, wellbeing, company culture, ...).
  • Be a trusted business partner for the managers and a daily point of contact for our employees make working for Peripass a great experience.
  • Help us support our people’s growth by coaching & advising employees.
  • Help build a high performing organization: enable managers and executives to build high performing teams.
  • You'll work from our headquarters in Ghent & report to Meindert, our Head of People.

Job requirements

  • You have at least 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in a SaaS/Tech company or in a fast-paced environment. 
  • As HR BP you will mainly be in charge of recruitment and selection. You ideally have a solid expertise in innovative methodology & tools to recruit & select the best candidates. And you’re not afraid of exploring new tools to further optimize this process.
  • You like to work in a project and process oriented way to achieve your objectives.
  • You can join us at the Peripass HQ in Gent for at least 3 days a week, because especially in your position and in our growth phase, that’s where the magic happens.
  • You love being considered as a builder, who thrives under autonomy and loves making things happen! You are passionate about people management and want to be part of a fast-growing startup.
  • You have a strong working proficiency in English and ideally also Dutch (spoken and written). Do you have a firm grasp of French? Even better!
